Face drawing techniques

The assignment

In this assignment we will cover the following
Head proportion
recap on gridding
Charcoal use and toning paper
Deconstruction and assemblage 

You will need to take a photo NOT SNAPCHAT OR INSTAGRAM of either yourself or of someone you know. YOU have to take the photo, no pinterest or celebrities will be allowed.

  4. Look up to the sky. ...
  5. Don't look at the camera. ...
  6. Bring in a stuffed animal or something to focus on before using the self-timer. ...
  7. Set your camera to take multiple shots.

You need to give me a headshot, not a body shot. Upload your photo into google classroom.

Students will have a completed piece of art at the end of the assignment.

Students will be re-taught and can utilized videos to re-work missing elements of their assignment.
