Before we begin with the live drawing, let's break down the human form and understand the anatomy
Then we will use drawing dummies so that you can grasp human anatomy.
Once we are comfortable, then we will begin the live figure drawing.
Essential question: What is live figure drawing? What is charcoal?
How will we know if they’ve learned it?
Students will have a series of loose sketches of the human figure. Students will be taught the proportions of the human body and have notes of anatomy.
What will we do if they don’t learn it?
Students will be re-taught and can utilized videos to re-work missing elements of their assignment.
What will we do if they have / have already learned?
Students can always go above and beyond the instructions to create a more challenging experience.
